Not so football, football pics

Today was a very long and slightly stressfull day. All in all it was awesome and I felt like a REAL photojournalist shooting 6 assignments total. All of that is going to buy me something pretty :) Anyways, the first two are from Mayfield High School practice and the others are from this weekends Aggie game. Sometimes my mind wanders since I'm really not that into sports. So, this is the result when that happens.

The other side of the mountain

Yesterday I climbed the other side of the Organ Mountains. The light wasn't what I would have liked it to be, but I went later in the day.





With the lack of good light, I started messing with the white balance on my camera.





This last picture was a shot that I took today while doing laundry at my apartment complex.

Volleyball

These are just some random volleyball shots that I've taken the past week. The first is from a Gadsden High game that I shot in really horrible light but I like it. The others are from the Aggie/Lobo game that was held on Tuesday. I'm not very good at shooting volleyball. I explained it to Alicia that I felt it was just like riding a bike...but a bike that is missing some spokes.
