Recent Photos

It has certainly been a while since I've posted anything on the blog spot. I've recently started a temp position at the Las Cruces Sun-News. Here are a few photos from the past few weeks.

Mesilla Elementary students Lucas Donahue, Cooper Guffey and Cameryn Van Pelt play “Monkey in the Middle” in Old Mesilla on The Plaza in front of the San Albino Church after getting ice cream following a long day in school.

Martha Quesada, 7, appreciates the church that Stephanne Gillette created at the Temple Baptist Church face-painting booth that was set up for the 8th Annual Kids Kindness Day at Young Park. A variety of booths from the Las Cruces community were there for the kids to be honored and appreciated as well as teaching parents ways to get closer to their children.

Thomas Hart was put on hose duty while raising funds for the 2009 Southern New Mexico Fire and EMS Expo on S. El Paseo Rd. in the Kmart parking lot. Hart says the car wash will help raise money to put on the barbeque and to order t-shirts for the Expo that will be held on September 12th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Young Park.
